I’m A Celebrity South Africa: Dean Gaffney lets fans down as he throws up during grim drinking challenge that viewers claim is ‘best trial ever’
Viewers of I’m A Celebrity were let down on Thursday’s episode when Dean Gaffney vomited repeatedly during a gruesome drinking challenge.
The former EastEnders star, 45, got more than he bargained for when he was greeted with a mixture of animal penis and vagina that made him gag before even taking a sip.
Dean quickly threw up the disgusting mixture – and hilariously insisted he hadn’t gotten sick – while hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly roared with laughter.
The trial – which Dean completed with fellow newcomer Joe Swash – was praised by viewers who called it one of the best Bushtucker Trials ever.
One viewer proclaimed, “That process with Joe & Dean is hands down the best process ever. Dean’s entry test when he got in first was always my favourite, but this was better.’

Dean and Joe were late to camp on Wednesday’s episode and had to complete the trial to win treats for their fellow campmates.
