A ‘new money millionaire’ has revealed the many rules she has for her personal assistant, who flies around the world with her to support her business efforts.
But the list of five rules has people divided, with some criticizing businesswoman Polina Nioly Pushkareva for patronizing “the help.”
Polina grew up “poor” in Russia before becoming a wealthy and influential businesswoman.
She owns five companies and describes herself as a Hollywood film producer on Instagram.
The young woman claims that one of her four personal assistants is “always with her” and has very flexible rules if they decide to travel for work.
The first is his $500 daily allowance, which covers his work clothes, food, taxis and internet when he’s traveling.
The second rule concerns the accommodation of its staff: it houses them in the same five-star hotels, only in a lower category room.
The third rule concerns flights: only buy cheap tickets for your staff.
If they want to sit with her in business, they can be promoted “using her salary.”
The fourth trip reflects “good results.”
If it has been a success, the Palestinian Authority will receive a “luxury gift” as a token of gratitude from Polina.
The fifth rule revolves around the work day.

“When he travels, he works four hours in the morning and four hours in the afternoon,” he said.
“The rest of the time is your free time.”
He added that they “became friends,” so he usually ends up hanging out with them anyway.
Thousands of people applauded the young tycoon for her work benefits, but others criticized her.
‘Ew. This has a big, big “look how nice I am to help” energy and it’s disgusting!’ said a woman.
“Same energy as people filming being kind to homeless people,” another agreed.
‘Did you try to make us more flexible by telling us that you deliberately lowered all their comforts? And she is your “friend”? said another.
Others couldn’t believe they were attacking the businesswoman.
“They are literally paying for everything. Why are people complaining?” one person questioned.
“People complain about anything,” added another.
A personal assistant chimed in to say that the attendant should be given a business flight, especially if he or she is required to work a day anywhere or during the flight, but the rest seemed fine.
