Three people were shot dead and four others were injured at a home party in New Mexico after the DJ allegedly opened fire in the crowd.
The horrific shooting took place during a house party on Saturday evening in a residence on the 1700 block of East Bond Street in Hobbs.
Bishop Henderson, the 19-year-old DJ who was at the party, was arrested Sunday in connection with the creepy shooting and charged with heavy battery. The police say that additional costs are expected.
The police first arrived at 11.30 am after receiving complaints about loud music and then left. Then they returned an hour later in response to a phone call about shots just after midnight.
Henderson played music for the party and then claimed with a gun and shots at a man standing by a beer ping table, a witness told police according to the complaint.

With that shot he hit 20-year-old Turon Windham, who was brought to the hospital with gunshot wounds in the face.
The police found three people dead in the backyard after the attack. They have been identified as 18-year-old Khalil Carter, 24-year-old Kristal Avena and 22-year-old Lamar Lee-Kane, according to KOAT. They were all declared dead on the spot.
Kane was a star basketball player at the University of Southwest and a GoFundMe Memorial Fund was established to support his family.
Khalil Carter had just graduated from high school days before that. Kristal Avena was the mother of a four-year-old daughter.

The school has made a statement that mourns his death on Sunday.

The police found the three other people besides gunshot wounds next to Windham in a truck near the house.

The wounded victims have been identified as Windham from Chicago, 21-year-old Michael Major from Florida, 23-year-old Rontrell Hills from Louisiana, and 20-year-old Jasmine Stansell from Amarillo.
Rontrell Hills was also part of the University of Southwest basketball team.
The injured victims told the police that they had also been shot in the backyard of the house. All four are being treated for their injuries in nearby hospitals.

Hobbs police say the investigation is still very active. It is not clear whether the police have other suspects.
Henderson is currently being held in Hobbs City prison while awaiting trial.
Senator Tom Udall shared a statement on Twitter to share his grief about the devastating shooting where all seven victims were between 18 and 24 years old.
