Holly Madison Says It Wasn’t Worth Worrying About Her Weight While Living in the Playboy Mansion

Holly Madison talks about the body dysmorphism she experienced while living at the Playboy Mansion, and shares in a recent TikTok video that worrying about her body was “not worth it.”

The 41-year-old took to the video-sharing app for a short story time after she came across an old photo of herself wearing one of the infamous costumes the Playboy Bunnies used to wear. This photo in particular reminded her of a time when she felt insecure about how she looked.

“It reminded me of a time in my life when I was watching a playback of myself in a fashion show and I was like, ‘Oh my god, I need to lose weight,'” Madison shared with her one million TikTok followers. “I’m sharing this because I think it can help people realize that sometimes our body dysmorphism isn’t on the charts. And I really feel like I’m concerned about how I look and that it’s getting in the way of my living my best life.” to lead and be as happy as i could be and really enjoy life as much as possible and i hope people can take a moment to think about how they feel about their own body and hold you back by your feel bad about yourself?”

The Girls Next Door Alum went on to say, “It’s not worth it. It’s not worth it to feel bad about yourself. There are things we all want to improve about ourselves and it’s not even worth taking the time to do.” to feel miserable.”

She also thought about how differently she feels about her younger self and her body afterwards.

“I looked at myself looking like this and was terrified and thought I had gained weight and thought I hadn’t been on my diet and I thought my thighs were huge and I thought I had to lose at least 5 pounds she recalls. “And that’s ridiculous, I look like a stick.”

Supporters took to Madison’s comment section to praise her for her openness and thank her for the recognizable message.

“Being skinny and being happy are two completely different things!! I love that you post stuff like this to help people!” noted one person.
