Heidi Klum is seeking a court order to force ex-husband Seal to let their children travel with her to Germany
When she finishes her job as a judge on the current season of America’s Got Talent, she heads to Europe to film a new season of Germany’s Next Top Model.
But the planned trip puts Heidi Klum at odds with her former husband Seal over whether their four children will travel with her and now it’s turned into a legal battle.
According to court documents obtained by TheBlast.com, Klum seeks an emergency hearing before a judge and requests an order to force Seal to bring the children to Germany in October.

The documents reveal that the British musician has concerns about the safety of traveling and living abroad during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
He prefers the kids to stay in Los Angeles, wherever he lives, and be cared for by Klum’s “ staff, ” the model states in her legal filing.

“In 2020, he has so far spent about six weeks with Leni, six weeks with Henry, ten days with Johan and ten days with Lou,” she says in the documents.
The Kiss From A Rose hitmaker – real name Henry Samuel – has previously allowed the kids to travel with their famous mother, but after initially agreeing to the fall trip to Germany in April, Klum says he has changed his mind and now won’t draw off it.
‘My work on television supports our family. Neither Henry (Seal) nor I pay each other child support, and since our children are with me most of the time, I am responsible for a greater proportion of their regular expenses, ”she explained.
“I am well aware of all the necessary precautions associated with the Covid-19 virus, and I would never put our children at risk,” she continued. “I have taken all precautions for Germany in the same way as in the US.”
Klum adds, “Given the current state of the global economy as a result of the Covid-19 virus, I am grateful that I still have a job and the opportunity to provide for my family.”
Klum said in her application, “Neither Henry (Seal) nor I pay each other child support, and since our children are with me most of the time, I include a greater portion of their regular expenses.”
