The comedian, 42, who has earned a reputation for his incredible cake baking skills, shared a gallery of clips on Instagram that captured him preparing the treat.
‘I’m going shopping because tonight is Cake Night, Sonny’s 10th birthday! Tonight’s cake is a ten-year-old’s ultimate fantasy,” he told his fans.
‘It’s from the game Minecraft, a landscape, with a pile of TNT that “really explodes” and a guy from Roblox. My mind is racing how to put this together, nothing a good single malt whiskey and optimism can’t solve.’
Hamish then shared a variety of photos showing him baking the cake from scratch and masterfully crafting a chocolate cake with green icing and edible figures.

At the end, Hamish showed his fans his masterfully prepared video game cake and captioned it with some cheeky words: “Squint your eyes and it’s fucking Minecraft.”

appearing in Jase and Lauren from Nova 100 On the show, Hamish was asked if he was struggling with a hangover after drinking what the Lego Masters presenter calls “construction juice”.
“No, funnily enough it’s become a tradition,” he told hosts Jason Hawkins and Lauren Phillips.
He continued: “I don’t actually drink much, cake night is one of my busiest nights of the year.” I’m usually so high from sugar, from a lot of frosting and stuff.

The couple married in 2012 and have a son, Sonny, and a seven-year-old daughter, Rudy.
