Dua Lipa, Coldplay and Sza will headline Glastonbury 2024, it has been announced.
The long-awaited festival will take place from Wednesday 26 June to Sunday 30 June 2024.
And on Thursday, it was revealed that Dua Lipa, Coldplay and SZA will headline the iconic event, which will be held at Worthy Farm in Somerset, with Shania Twain playing the legendary slot machine.
It is the first time in the history of the event that female acts have taken two of the three headlines.
Glastonbury bosses have been accused of picking too many male acts to headline. Last year the line-up was all male, with Arctic Monkeys, Guns N’ Roses and Sir Elton John taking the top spots.

Other acts on this year’s line-up include Brit Award-winning rapper Little Simz and Afrobeats star Burna Boy, making his Pyramid Stage debut.
13-member boy band Seventeen is set to become the first K-pop band to perform on the Pyramid stage.
Earlier addressing the lack of female headliners, festival organizer Emily said: ‘I’ve always been really passionate about gender balance (on festival line-ups) and I think actually our problem was that I’d been so outspoken about it that having a year , where there wasn’t a woman, sent people a little crazy—or some people.
‘And we had a female – she pulled out and we replaced them with Guns N’ Roses. But everyone knows it’s at the top of my list.
‘It is difficult with female artists because there are not enough headliners. But we also create them. We put bands and female artists on smaller stages and bring them through all the time. And who knows? Next year we might get two. And I can definitely say that the legend is female.’
Last year revelers enjoyed the likes of Arctic Monkeys, Guns N’ Roses and Elton John, who played his last ever UK gig at the Pyramid stag to close the 2023 edition of the festival.
Rick Astley, Lil Nas X, Blondie, Lizzo and Aitch were joined by several hundred artists over the weekend, proving an enviable line-up and giving many of those who didn’t attend FOMO.
