Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills will host the Denver Broncos on Wild Card Weekend

With the NFL playoff field confirmed with the Buccaneers and Broncos wins in Week 18, the league has unveiled the full Wild Card Weekend schedule that begins on Saturday and ends next Monday.

The NFL has divided the games into the first three, the trio of AFC matchups, after which the NFC will decide which teams advance to the divisional round.

First up, the Houston Texans will be in their usual playoff spot on Saturday afternoon against the Los Angeles Chargers with an Eastern start time of 4:30 PM.

For the third time this season, one of football’s biggest rivalries will take place in the Wild Card round as AFC North plays foes Baltimore and Pittsburgh on Saturday night.

The final AFC matchup pits the two teams slated to defeat the Kansas City Chiefs this season as the Broncos travel to face the Buffalo Bills on Sunday at 1:00 PM Eastern.

Buffalo ended the Chiefs’ long winning streak in November, while the Broncos defeated the Chiefs on Sunday who rested their key players.

The fun for the NFC begins late Sunday afternoon when the other No. 2 seed vs. No. 7 seed matchup takes place when the Eagles host the Packers.

Two of the NFC’s three matchups are rematches from Week 1, when the Eagles defeated the Packers in Brazil in September.

In the other opening weekend rematch, the Washington Commanders will take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Buccaneers defeated the Commanders in Jayden Daniels’ professional debut. Tampa Bay also defeated Washington the last time the Commanders were in the postseason in 2020.

The Commanders haven’t won a playoff game since the 2005 season, when they defeated the Buccaneers in the Wild Card round before losing to the eventual NFC champion Seahawks.

In the Wild Card Weekend finale, the Minnesota Vikings travel to the Los Angeles Rams after losing to the Detroit Lions on Sunday Night Football.

In the US, every televised game except Baltimore-Pittsburgh is exclusive to Prime Video.
