Fulham agreed a £12.7m fee with £4m in add-ons for Lyon midfielder Rayan Cherki on Wednesday night, but the 21-year-old is unsure about the move.
Cherki, who made his debut for Lyon when he was just 16, has made 141 appearances for the French side, scoring 17 goals and providing 25 assists.
Fulham have a long-standing interest in Cherki and have discussed a deal during the January transfer window.
Cherki was part of the French team that finished runners-up to Spain at the Olympic Games.
Cherki, a player who was highly rated when he was younger, has been capped by France at the Under-21 level.

The Cottagers are also prepared to sign Joachim Andersen from Crystal Palace for £30m including add-ons.
