Frankston Beach drowning: Man dies after being pulled from the water on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula

A man has died after being pulled from the water on a beach on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula.

The man was dragged unconscious out of the surf at Frankston Beach, off the Nepean Highway, at 4.55pm on Monday.

He could not be revived and authorities have not yet identified him.

“The death is not considered suspicious,” police said.

A report will be prepared for the coroner.
