Former NBA player Ben McLemore has been arrested for alleged first-degree rape and other sex crimes.

McLemore was arrested Tuesday on an outstanding warrant out of Clackamas County, the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office in Oregon said. KGW Newsand then taken to the Clackamas County Jail.

McLemore faces charges of first-degree rape, first-degree unlawful sexual penetration and second-degree sexual abuse, according to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office. website says.

McLemore is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.

Ben McLemore last appeared in the NBA in 2022, for the Portland Trail Blazers

The 31-year-old, who was the seventh overall pick in the 2013 NBA Draft, played for the Kings, Grizzlies, Rockets, Lakers and Blazers.

His last NBA game was in 2022.

He now plays for the Spanish team Rio Breogán in the ACB League and played last week.
