Forgetting something? Braless Dina Broadhurst and her ex-boyfriend Max Shepherd pack their bags and prepare to move out of the house they rented together in Vaucluse.

Dina Broadhurst went braless as she spent the day cleaning her Vaucluse rental home she once shared with ex-boyfriend Max Shepherd.

The nude artist, who ended her relationship with the project’s developer in June 2023, was busy packing her belongings on Monday when the couple began moving out of the harborside home they had lived in together.

Dina, 47, showed off her toned arms in a tight white T-shirt that offered little to no support as she was seen rearranging items placed on the sidewalk outside the property.

She paired her look with cream diamond-stitched shorts and wore no makeup and went barefoot for moving day.

The brunette had her hair down and parted in the middle and seemed in a good mood.

Dina was joined by her ex-boyfriend Max, 30, who arrived to help her with the move.

In the back of his vehicle was a large modernized silver chandelier and what appeared to be an office chair.

Dina and Max were later seen chatting with workers outside their property.

It’s unclear if Dina will permanently move to another property or if she’s renewing her lease, something she previously did with her ex Max.

In 2021, Dina and Max opened their wallets to renovate the run-down Vaucluse property, even though they are not its owners.

The couple spent two weeks working around the clock renovating the rustic property into a stunning modern home with panoramic water views.

They revealed to Daily Mail Australia that the DIY job involved ripping out the kitchen’s old linoleum floor and carpets to inject new life into the original floorboards underneath.

The couple didn’t say much about how much they spent on the makeover, but one DIY expert estimated it would have cost between $4,000 and $10,000.

Broadhurst admitted that most people think it’s “crazy” to remodel a rental home, but it made a lot of sense to her.

He had been looking for an art studio separate from where he lived, a place where he could drop paint on the floor and not have to worry about “ruining things.”

But finding such a space was difficult, so he decided to combine the studio and the house.

The kitchen cabinets were renovated by painting them matte black inside and out.

The ceilings, doors, windows and walls of the two-story, five-bedroom home were also spray painted pure white to provide ample light.

They fixed up the living areas like the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, but left the rest of the house intact.

“The property was quite uninhabitable and looking back I can’t believe we managed to pull it off,” Dina told Daily Mail Australia at the time.

“It was actually a huge project and a huge workload, but when I first came in I had that kid-like naivety about doing it.”

The grueling DIY job was made a little easier thanks to the couple’s experience in the construction industry.

Mrs Broadhurst previously ran her own interior decorating business and carried out a number of renovations, while Mr Shepherd still works in the construction sector.

The owners were about to tear the place down and couldn’t have been happier when they found out about the couple’s plans.

“It was in disrepair and it wasn’t something they could put money into, so we were the perfect couple,” Dina said.

The couple named the property CASA Studio, which means Studio House, in a nod to Dina’s Italian-Australian heritage.

In June, it was reported that Dina split from Max, her toy boyfriend of four and a half years.

A source told Daily Mail Australia that the glamorous Sydney-based socialite, who is good friends with cricketer Michael Clarke, is now single and living alone.

Max “partied in Europe with friends and models” while nursing his anguish.

He shared several videos on Instagram of himself enjoying time on a luxury yacht with his genetically blessed friends, with Dina noticeably absent from the celebrations.

The couple, who had been building a new house together in Sydney, had been in a relationship since 2018.

Max last appeared on Dina’s feed in February and last posted a loving photo of the couple in December last year.

While the couple still follows each other on Instagram, Dina did not publicly wish her ex-partner a happy birthday on social media as she celebrated in Ramatuelle, France, on a luxury yacht with friends.

Meanwhile, Dina also appears to have moved on after being spotted with her billionaire ex Tony Benjamin.

The naked artist put on a very daring display for onlookers as she took a leisurely stroll along the rocks with her handsome friend in North Bondi.

While wandering around the seaside viewpoint favored by locals, Dina’s walking partner appeared to caress her bare bottom after her skirt rode up, exposing her behind.

Meanwhile, Max appears to have moved on with Vanderpump Rules star Vail Bloom.
