Australian fitness queen Kayla Itsines has pointed out the common gym mistakes everyone makes and the right way to do different abs exercises.

The 29-year-old founder of the Sweat empire shared a video with her 12.8 million Instagram followers, showing how to improve belly shape while exercising.

“We all know I love doing abs, and if you’ve ever taken one of my programs in Sweat, you’ve done a lot of abs!” Kayla captioned the post on social media

“ But if you don’t complete the exercises in good form, you might not get the most out of your workout, you could even push yourself back by causing injury. ”
