Fitness influencer Ashy Bines is rushed to hospital and reveals alarming health update: ‘I’ve lost my sight three times in the last week’

Fitness influencer Ashy Bines has shared a worrying health update with her fans, revealing that she has been diagnosed with a brain aneurysm.

Thmy queensland Mother-of-two, 35, shared the shocking news on Instagram on Monday, revealing she was discovered when she went to hospital after losing her sight.

Bines posted a video of her arriving with her family and captioned it with some alarming words: “I’ve lost my sight three times in the last week.” We decided to go to the doctor because we were starting to worry.

‘They did a CT scan and found a small aneurysm. Pretty scary because her husband Steve had a huge one removed and I have this in my family too. She lost a young uncle and grandmother to an aneurysm.

He added that he would put his other commitments on hold for the time being as he focused on improving.

‘I have to reduce my life, my workload and my stress. Once we have the results of the MRI, we will discuss what will happen next with my aneurysm and what else we can do.’

A brain aneurysm is a weak or thin spot in a blood vessel in the brain that swells and fills with blood. It can be life-threatening if not treated properly.

Fortunately, the survival rate for those who suffer from it is quite high if it is identified and treated promptly.

Bines added that she had the full support of her husband Steve and children Taj and Tala, who had visited her in the hospital.

Many of Bines’ million followers were quick to send him their good wishes and hopes for a speedy recovery.

‘Very sorry! Praying for answers and a quick healing for you,” one person wrote and a second added: “You are incredibly strong darling.” I love you so much.’

‘Oh that fear. I hope everything goes well,” a third person chimed in.

Bines lives on the Gold Coast with her husband Steven, whom she married in 2014, and their two children.
