And controversial Sydney influencer Suzan Mutesi has turned heads again, this time with her questionable sartorial choices at Australian Fashion Week.
On Wednesday, the 36-year-old arrived at Sydney’s Carriageworks for the annual event with two towels – one wrapped around her body and the other around her hair.
The look was a direct copy of the Vetements ‘towel’ ensemble worn by singer Doja Cat before the Mat Gala 2024 red carpet last week.
The photos show Suzan, who has been accused of buying most of her 1.2 million Instagram followers, looking quite uncomfortable as she walked in black heels from her parked Mazda while trying to stop the towel from unfolding.

Spotting a photographer, Suzan began posing for an impromptu photo shoot in the middle of the gravel parking lot.
Suzan’s gray Mazda is the same car that broke down in front of a crowd at Carriageworks during Australian Fashion Week last year, leaving Suzan humiliated and causing her to miss a show.

While Suzan certainly looked like an edgy fashionista, her presence at Australian Fashion Week has been questioned by insiders who claim she has been pretending to attend shows after not receiving tickets.
“She’s been showing up at Carriageworks just to have her picture taken, without being invited to the fashion shows she claims to attend,” a source said.
“He only went to a few shows, but for the most part he just stands outside to get attention.”
