England fans have been left furious by a viral video showing pints being poured at Wembley.

The Three Lions played two matches during the international break, with a 1-0 loss to Brazil followed by a 2-2 draw with Belgium on Tuesday night.

Both games were attended by over 80,000 people, meaning demand for beer would have been very low on both nights.

However, fans have questioned the price of beer sold inside the stadium, after a video showed staff serving a Stella Artois fan in a plastic cup, which cost fans in the stadium £7 .

The person who shared the video in their message referenced how some view Wembley as the “best football stadium”, before adding: “£7 a pint and this is what you get.”

England fans are furious about the cost of beers at Wembley after watching a video showing staff pouring the contents of a can of Stella Artois into a plastic cup.

Wembley had an attendance of more than 80,000 people for the matches against Brazil and Belgium

Cans of Stella Artois can cost as little as £2 in some supermarkets.

In response to the video, one complained: ‘I’m just taking the absolute shit.’ They’ll probably charge £7 each too, but get the whole box for £11.

Another user complained on X (formerly Twitter) writing: “I see this every time I go to Wembley and the fact it is allowed to happen is disgraceful.”

“It’s like a bar at a summer school party and they’re more efficient.”

Another added: “The audacity to charge £7 for a can in a plastic cup. Not even a pint can. Disgusting behaviour,” while a fourth person commented: “The audacity to charge £7 for a can in a glass of plastic”.

While one user questioned people for spending £7, writing: “Why do people see that and still hand out £7 for a hot pint in a can?”

While fans might not be happy with the price of drinks on offer inside the stadium, they would have liked to see Jude Bellingham’s spectacular late equalizer to salvage the tie against Belgium.

It was the Three Lions’ last game before Gareth Southgate chooses his team for this summer’s European Championship.

Fans will have been worried about not being able to win any of the games at Wembley, but several players have yet to return, including Harry Kane and Bukayo Saka, who did not feature in any of the games.
