She rocked a fashionable pixie cut with sweeping layers for years.
But Emma Thompson debuted her elongated silver locks on her way to a hike while on a break from filming her upcoming rom-com What’s Love Got To Do With It on Friday.
The A-list actress, 62, looked flawless when she swept her locks up and away from her face with a claw clip, after letting her hair grow out during the Covid lockdown.

Emma cut an inconspicuous figure as she walked down the street in indigo jeans and a pair of electric blue sneakers.
She was layered to keep out the cold in a brown sheepskin jacket with stylish quilted sleeves and a cozy linen scarf.
The Love Actually actress put a loose-fitting shirt over a white top for the outing and smiled happily at the audience as she took a break from filming.

Emma was joined by her What’s Love Got To Do With It co-star Shazad Latif for the London walk.
And Shazad reflected Emma’s casual look in a long plaid jacket and red sweatpants, which he wore with a pair of trainers.
The couple seemed to be deep in conversation as they strolled down the street.
A daily ritual, Emma and Shazad had gone out together for a lunch break on Thursday afternoon, but were turned away when their nearest pub was full.
On their way to the Spaniard Inn in Hampstead, the stars did not appear to have made a booking for the outdoor restaurant and were turned away from the overcrowded pub that proved to be popular with locals and tourists.

What’s Love Got To Do With It was written and directed by Jemima Goldsmith, believed to be inspired by her marriage to the current Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan.
While details of the upcoming film are kept secret, the film, written and produced by Jemima, is said to be based on an intercultural relationship between the English capital and South Asia.
According to Deadline, Downton Abbey star Lily James will also star in the Working Titles production.

Emma is scheduled to play a character called Cath, while Shazad takes on the role of Kazim and Lily stars as a character called Zoe.
Nicky Kentish Barnes (About A Boy) is also producing with Eric Fellner and Tim Bevan of Working Title.
The plot is believed to be inspired by documentary filmmaker Jemima’s marriage to Imran Khan.

Jemima was married to the President of Pakistan and former cricketer Imran Khan, 67, 67, from 1995 to 2004.
