And Emily Atack showed how well she has adapted to motherhood on Tuesday as she shared a series of gorgeous snaps with baby Barney.
The 34-year-old actress cradled her little one against her chest and stepped out completely bare-faced, showing off her radiant beauty and natural freckles.
But while her followers rushed to the comments to congratulate her and express how adorable Barney was, others were left confused after mistaking Emily’s boyfriend Alistair Garner for Rylan Clark.
Emily also shared a sweet photo of her mother, Kate Robbins, cuddling her grandson, as well as of herself relaxing with Barney and his beloved Cavalier King Charles, Penny.

Emily also shared snippets of Barney’s birth, including a photo of his tiny toes, him lying in his hospital crib, and Alistair in the bed next to her at the hospital.
Captioning the snaps, she gushed about how much she was enjoying quality time with her little one, writing: “Coming soon, still in the Barney bubble .”

The star announced the news that she had given birth on her Instagram page, as she shared a sweet snap of her son last month.
She could be seen holding the baby, while her boyfriend rested his head against hers.

She added: “I want him to be part of a really positive change and grow up knowing that he can talk about these things openly and enjoy his life. I want him to be on the right side of history.”
Affirmative consent means that “anything other than a clear, non-coercive, informed confirmation of consent, such as “yes,” cannot qualify as consent in the eyes of the law.”
This comes after Emily admitted her “body is a temple” during pregnancy, after previously being told off by friends for staying out late and not taking care of herself.
During an appearance on Loose Women, she revealed how pregnancy changed her priorities ahead of welcoming her little one.
She revealed to the panel how excited she was to welcome her baby and said she felt “extremely connected” to her body now more than ever.
‘My friends used to tell me off for not taking care of myself enough and staying up too late and all that, and now I’m like, ‘No, my body is a vessel.’
Before adding: “It’s very important to go to bed early and really take care of myself.”
Emily announced her pregnancy in December, saying she was “thrilled” to become a mother.
