‘So many lovers’: Elyse Knowles and boyfriend Josh Barker attend moving morning memorial for late snowboarder Alex Pullin
Model Elyse Knowles and her boyfriend Josh Barker paid tribute to the late snowboarder Alex Pullin on Saturday.
The Block stars attended a moving dawn monument on the beach where the snowboard champion drowned while underwater fishing.
The monument was also attended by Elliny Vlug, Pullin’s heartbroken partner, and some of his surf mates.

Knowles shared some footage from the scene on Instagram and wrote, “A beautiful morning in memory of the legend @alexchumpypullin.”
“So many lovers,” she added in another post.
They weren’t the only celebrities there, including famous surfer Mick Fanning.

Pullin had been alone in the water at Palm Beach, on the Gold Coast, when he was flooded on Wednesday morning.
Paramedics performed CPR for 45 minutes on Pullin, but were unable to revive him.
Mrs. Swift and a handful of friends waded in the same waters her beloved boyfriend said goodbye to emotionally.

The group of mourners donned wreaths of flowers around their heads and surf swimsuits – one of Pullin’s passions was surfing in the summer.
Surfer Mick Fanning and Pullin’s father joined the mourners on a paddle as the locals mourned choosing to stay on land-planted bouquets of flowers in the sand.
Pullin suffered a shallow water drop during scuba diving and drowned on Wednesday morning.

On the morning of his death, the couple woke up late before Pullin decided to go get some sun.
Ms. Swift told the Daily Mail Australia that she had last seen her boyfriend alive just before he decided to go diving and said, “I love you, watch out for sharks.”
Bouquets have been steadily arriving since Wednesday afternoon and are partially buried in the sand to keep them in place overnight.
