The couple were seen enjoying an intimate meal at the China Doll restaurant in Woolloomooloo on Friday.
Mark, a former Olympic sailor and champion, has been a frequent visitor to Sydney over the past six months.

Ellie and Mark have known each other for years, the source said, but grew closer over the past year while she was building her private cash distribution business in the Bahamas.

The move caused a scandal in the tight-knit Eastern Suburbs circuit, particularly as Holly was not only Ellie’s best friend, but was married to Charlie’s business partner, Christopher.
“The truth is, despite the support of friends and family, I did not deal well with the hurtful lies, gossip, and innuendo that surrounded the breakdown of my relationship,” Ellie said in a statement in December of that year.
At the time, she announced that she would be taking a break from social media and public opinion while she and her family cope with the breakup and new relationship of her estranged husband.
“I tried to put on a brave face and tried to control my emotions and my health despite the fact that I had no control over the causes of my sadness,” she said.
Despite the drama, the Aitkens remained on good terms throughout the separation for the sake of their two children.
The couple are dating and appear to be ‘loving and smitten’, a source told the Australian Financial Review.

In May 2021, Daily Mail Australia revealed that Holly and Charlie had quietly separated, stating that the public pressure was too much for them to handle.
Holly later confirmed the news to Sunday Confidential, saying in a statement that the relationship had ended and that she was focusing on her children.
“In terms of my private life, my focus is on my daughters (and) I choose not to be in a relationship,” she said.
She went on to praise her estranged husband, Christopher Nasser, saying that the couple work together to raise their children.
Chris has always been a loving and devoted father. We work together to co-care for our children.
She also considered bringing her affair into the spotlight.
“The past nine months have been very difficult and I express my apologies to my family and others involved,” she said.
