Queen Mary of Denmark looked radiant in an orange floral dress by Australian designer Zimmermann as she led a singing crowd to celebrate the longest day of the year on Friday.
But eagle-eyed fans believe the royal used her moment in the sun to convey a coded message about her home life and her “prevailing” love.
The Australian-born queen, 52, hosted the annual Marathonsang event at the University of Copenhagen on June 21, known as the “summer solstice” in the rest of Europe.
But it wasn’t the event, which has become a staple on the Queen’s calendar, that everyone was talking about. Instead, it was her summer dress and her carefully chosen accessories.
It looks as if the Queen is paying tribute to Australia, her home and her love for the King with her elegant outfit.

The long-sleeved orange dress is from Australian fashion house Zimmermann, a favorite of Mary’s, which often chooses Australian or Danish designers.
But the color and design of the address are equally important, according to royal observers.
Orange represents joy and abundance, and is said to “rejuvenate” the spirit when analyzing the psychology of the color. White lilies, on the other hand, represent purity and rebirth.
Her vibrant red nails indicate strength and courage,
The whole was tied with a simple “letter F”, presumably for “Frederik”, on a thin gold chain.
Although the Queen wears it many times, fans claim the accessory adds to her “cryptic” message.
As does her timing, with the solstice renewal themes reflecting her sartorial choices and resulting theories.
‘Spiritually, the summer solstice represents rebirth. “Astrologically, it symbolizes a season of focusing on home, family, and personal development, so she’s really in tune with everything, as always,” one fan noted.

‘She is telling us that they have started over in their relationship: they are reborn as a couple and fall in love again. She has found the courage to overcome what happened,” said one more.
“It’s so good that she seems happy again and has found love for our King after losing him.”
The Queen’s speech also highlighted the issue of relationships.
‘There is something uniquely wonderful about singing together because we feel connected to each other when we do it. Whether it’s at school, at church, at a party or at a marathon like today,” she said.
The Danes were happy that the Queen helped them celebrate the longest day, in which they experienced 17 hours and 30 minutes of sunshine.
‘I’m always in awe of Mary. How she has managed to adapt and adopt Danish culture and traditions, as well as learn the language. What a gift it is for us,” wrote a woman on the Palace’s Instagram account.
Queen Mary’s ‘fairytale’ relationship with King Frederick has been in the spotlight since November 2023, when the then-Crown Prince was spotted in Spain with another woman: her friend, Mexican socialite Genoveva Casanova.
Since then, the couple has been less tactile in public and appears to choose to attend events alone.
However, they were together on June 6 to celebrate the 175th anniversary of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Denmark.
