Diddy’s alleged drug dealer, Brendan Paul, accepted a plea deal and will avoid jail time, a month after he was indicted on a single felony drug charge.

Paul, 25, was arrested by Miami-Dade police, along with Homeland Security agents, at Opa-Locka Airport in Miami around 4:30 p.m. on March 25, and was arrested. He was initially charged with two felony counts of drug possession by Miami-Dade police.

Officials at the time said they had found suspected candy laced with cocaine and marijuana in his luggage, however, the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office later dropped the marijuana charge. Last month, his attorney, Brian Bieber, entered a not guilty plea on his behalf.

Bieber said TMZ on Thursday: ‘Brendan accepted the prosecutor’s offer to allow him to enter the diversion program which, once completed, the case against him will be dismissed in its entirety.

A representative for the Miami-Dade State Attorney told the publication that this was a “standard offer for a non-violent defendant with no prior record, who was arrested for a possession case rather than a much more serious trafficking case.”

Paul has been enrolled in a drug diversion program for about 6 months. If Paul completes the course without problems, there will be no jail time or probation.

Paul was referred to as Diddy’s ‘drug mule’ in a $30 million lawsuit that Rodney ‘Lil Rod’ Jones filed against Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs.

The complaint, one of five against Combs since November, alleged that he was involved in “acquiring[ing] and distribute[ing] Mr. Combs drugs and weapons.”

It was not confirmed whether Paul’s arrest was related to the allegations in the lawsuit or the raids on Diddy’s properties.

Jones claimed in the lawsuit that he “personally witnessed” Paul “acquiring and distributing” drugs to Combs and his entourage, and transporting or intending to transport drugs in flight luggage.

An arrest warrant obtained by DailyMail.com says Paul admitted to having drugs in his luggage when police intercepted him at Miami Opa Locka Executive Airport at 4:15 p.m. in March.

He wrote that the flights were between Los Angeles, Miami, Virginia, the Caribbean and London three times in December 2022, April 2023 and November 2023.

“Members of the company and their associates obtained, transported and distributed ecstasy, cocaine, GHB, ketamine, marijuana and mushrooms, packing these substances in their carry-on luggage and passing through TSA,” he wrote.

‘Mr. Jones personally witnessed… Brendan transporting firearms to and from nightclubs, strip clubs and other locations for Mr. Combs on his person in Miami, Florida.

“Mr. Jones personally saw Mr. Combs distribute firearms from his bedroom closet to people who Mr. Jones knew were local gang members.”

Jones attached a photo of Paul holding bottles of prescription pills with a black bag on his lap.

“Brendan Paul is caught on video with one of Combs’ black bags, and Kristina Khorram asked associates and members… to carry it,” he said.

“This bag was full of ecstasy, cocaine, GHB, ketamine, marijuana, mushrooms and tuc.”

“Mr. Combs required Brendan Paul and Mr. Jones to carry his firearm with them whenever they went out,” another part of the lawsuit said.

“One of those occasions when Mr. Jones was asked to carry Mr. Combs’ firearm was when Mr. Combs recorded himself training Mr. Jones on how to hire sex workers.”

Jones worked with Combs most recently on his album, The Love Album: Off the Grid. He claimed that Paul and the rest of the staff were told to hire sex workers to come to the recording studio.

Combs, 54, founded the Bad Boy record label in 1993 and was a major figure in the marketing of hip-hop for decades to come. Among his protégés were the late Notorious BIG and Mary J. Blige.

He is among the industry’s billionaires, mostly due to his ventures in the alcoholic beverage industry.

But contrary to the public image of a mild-mannered businessman, the lawsuits describe Combs as a violent man who used his celebrity to prey on and intimidate women.

Combs’ homes were raided in March, images obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com showing several disheveled rooms, upturned bedrooms and rummaged drawers, as the rapper faces multiple allegations accusing him of physical and sexual abuse.

Aaron Dyer, the rapper’s attorney, broke Combs’ silence just over 24 hours after the Homeland Security investigation with a statement to DailyMail.com.

‘Yesterday there was a serious excessive use of force at a military level when search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs’ residences.

“There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility shown by the authorities or the way they treated their children and employees,” Dyer said.

‘Mister. “Combs was never arrested but he spoke and cooperated with authorities,” he added.

“Despite media speculation, neither Mr. Combs nor any of his family members have been arrested nor have their ability to travel been restricted in any way.”

“This unprecedented ambush, coupled with an advanced and coordinated media presence, leads to a premature rush to try Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on baseless accusations made in civil trials,” Dyer continued .

Four women, including Diddy’s longtime girlfriend, filed shocking lawsuits against the rapper late last year, accusing him of sexual abuse and assault.

The rapper, who made a fortune through music as a producer and artist for the Bad Boy Entertainment record label, was charged with rape, sex trafficking of a minor, assault and a host of other alleged abuses.

His ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura accused him of rape and forcing her to have sex with prostitutes in front of him. She also accused him of repeated physical abuse. Combs denied the allegations and settled the lawsuit.

Combs has since denied all additional allegations against him and stated that “enough is enough.”
