Diddy has put his Beverly Hills mansion (which was raided by the Department of Homeland Security in an alleged sex trafficking investigation in March) up for sale at a reduced price.

The disgraced rapper, 54, who was seen violently beating his ex Cassie in a 2016 security video released in May, bought the home for $40 million in 2014 and in July it was reported that he was planning to sell it for $70 million.

Now the lavish home, which boasts 13,000 square feet of living space and 1.3 acres of land, is set to hit the market for $61 million, DailyMail.com can confirm.

Diddy’s neighbors include Kylie Jenner, Jimmy Iovine and Evan Spiegel, and the neighborhood is known as “Billionaire’s Row.”

A source said Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, had planned to sell the home before the federal raids, saying: ‘Diddy established his primary residence in Miami years ago and always planned to sell his Los Angeles home once his daughters were grown and moved out.

“His children are no longer at home and he spends most of his time in Florida. He has nothing to do with any civil litigation or investigation.”

A description reads: ‘A grand cobblestone driveway leads to the completely remodeled property, which features classic European design elements. The property features a luxurious paneled entry foyer and sweeping staircase bathed in natural light, plus a large living room, formal dining room, wine cellar, office, and gourmet kitchen with a family room and separate catering kitchen.

The home features a 35-seat theater, a two-story guesthouse, a gym, a basketball court and a “resort-style pool with waterfall and grotto.”

The listing will appear on the real estate world’s Multiple Listing Service on Monday.

In July it was claimed that the star was trying to sell the house for $70 million off the market – TMZ reported.

Sources told the publication that Diddy “wants to get out of Los Angeles” and has been spending most of his time in Miami.

Combs’ homes in Miami and Los Angeles were shockingly raided by federal agents as part of a sex trafficking investigation earlier this year. Combs is also fighting lawsuits from other accusers alleging sexual misconduct and abuse.

Combs’ sons, Justin and Christian “King” Combs, were handcuffed during the raid at their father’s Los Angeles residence.

Armed Department of Homeland Security agents raided luxury properties on the US East and West Coasts, and video footage shows helicopters hovering overhead.

Officers wearing bulletproof vests gathered in the backyard of the home near the pool. Several officers were seen carrying bags and boxes of evidence to a pickup truck with the help of police dogs.

A Homeland Security Investigations spokesperson told DailyMail.com in a statement: “Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami and our local law enforcement partners.”

‘We will provide more information as it becomes available.’

DailyMail.com reached out to Diddy’s representatives for comment at the time.

In February, a music producer filed a lawsuit alleging that Combs coerced him into soliciting prostitutes and pressured him to have sex with them.

Another of Combs’ accusers was a woman who said the rap producer raped her two decades ago when she was 17.

Combs and his attorneys have denied all allegations in the lawsuit.

The rapper is one of the most influential hip-hop producers and executives of the past three decades.

Formerly known as Puff Daddy, he built one of the largest empires in hip-hop, pioneering several entities associated with his famous name.

He is the founder of Bad Boy Records and a three-time Grammy winner who has worked with a host of top-tier artists including Notorious BIG, Mary J. Blige, Usher, Lil Kim, Faith Evans and 112.

In May, a video surfaced showing him brutally beating his ex Cassie Ventura.

The rapper took to Instagram to apologize, saying, “I hit rock bottom, but I don’t make excuses. It’s so hard to reflect on the darkest times in your life, sometimes you just have to. I was f***ed up.”

‘I want to say I hit rock bottom, but I make no apologies, my behavior in that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video, I’m disgusted.’

“I was disgusted when I did it and I am disgusted now. I sought professional help, I started going to therapy and rehabilitation,” she added.

“I had to ask God for mercy and grace. I am very sorry, but I am committed to being a better man every day. I am not asking for forgiveness, I am truly sorry.”

Sources said Diddy went to rehab after the 2016 incident and continues to seek therapy and spiritual work.

The video, Obtained by CNNIt shows the rapper shirtless and with a towel around his waist, chasing Cassie down the hallway of the InterContinental Hotel in Century City.

As she tried to get into an elevator, he grabbed her by the back of the neck and threw her to the floor.

He then kicked her as she lay motionless on the floor, before grabbing the two designer handbags she had tried to escape with. Diddy stood over her, kicked her again, and then dragged her back to his room by her hoodie.

Cassie claimed in a later-settled lawsuit that Diddy had paid the same hotel $50,000 for footage after the attack.

Cassie’s attorney, Meredith Firetog, said: “Combs’ most recent statement has more to do with himself than the many people he has hurt.”

‘When Cassie and many other women came forward, he denied everything and suggested his victims were after money.’

“The fact that he was only forced to ‘apologise’ once his repeated denials were proven false shows his pathetic desperation, and no one will be swayed by his hypocritical words.”

The apology comes after the Los Angeles County District Attorney said they could not prosecute Diddy for the assault because the statute of limitations had passed.

California’s statute of limitations for simple assault crimes is one year, while for aggravated assault crimes it is three years. Based on the timeline, none of the charges against Diddy could be filed.
