A delivery driver has come under fire after he was caught throwing a parcel on the ground seconds before he was caught red-handed.
In the footage of the sloppy delivery, the courier is seen dropping the package on the floor instead of in the mailbox or front door.
He turned to leave, but not before the owner of the house caught him in the act.
As the man walked over to pick up his package, the courier quickly picked it up and handed it to him with an apologetic smile.
The disgruntled customer shared the video on social media on Thursday with the caption: ‘How my Speedpak delivery arrived yesterday. Thanks eBay.’
Dozens of disgruntled Australians shared similar stories in the comments.
“I thought he was just going to roll down the passenger window and throw it out if he’d done that before,” one person said.
“The same thing happened to me, but the driver threw it at my door from the road,” a second commented.
A third shared: “This happens with every second birth I get now, they don’t give me care.”
WhatsNew2Day Australia has contacted eBay for comment.
It comes after an Australia Post employee was sacked after dumping a package on the pavement outside the wrong address.

To add insult to injury, the delivery driver sent the woman a photo of the package in a “safe place” on the road as proof that it had been delivered.
The woman complained to Australia Post, which took swift action and has since confirmed the driver no longer works for them.
“Australia Post has strict protocols for mail and parcel delivery, and the driver’s actions here clearly did not meet the high standards we expect,” a spokesperson said.
“We have contacted the customer to apologize and can confirm the driver involved is no longer delivering for Australia Post.”
