The couple purchased the Maroubra mansion in 2015 for $3.9 million and, after spending more than $4.2 million on renovations, finally moved in in 2022.

The couple’s young children clearly love the seven-story clifftop property; David shared a video of his two oldest daughters enjoying the backyard.

Standing on the edge of a steep drop into the ocean, the girls, Ivy Mae and Indi Rae, enjoyed a fun trampoline session in the clip posted on Instagram Stories.

After years of hard work, the Warners can finally enjoy the fruits of their extensive renovation.

The Warner family tore down the existing home to completely rebuild it, and the end results are truly amazing.

The oceanfront property spans an incredible seven stories and features a “bat cave” to house David’s sports memorabilia and a massive bat collection, a private beach and epic cliffside views.

‘(David and Candice) stay in the finest hotels in the world and were keen to evoke that same sense of luxury and sophistication here,’ said interior designer Alexandra Kidd. The Australian.

“But at the same time, it’s also a beach house and we wanted them to feel comfortable enough to walk in from the beach, kick off their shoes and really relax.”

The couple’s three children (daughters Ivy Mae, Indi Rae and Isla Rose) were also taken into account in the design of the house.

“A lot of the attention on the kids is outside; they’re a very active, athletic family,” Kidd told the publication.

To keep kids busy, the outdoor space comes complete with activity spaces, hanging chairs, built-in trampolines, and soft grass areas for gymnastics and more.

This comes after Candice shared an insight into what her husband’s new career could look like after he announced his semi-retirement from Test cricket.

“The next six months are really not going to be much different than what we’re used to,” he said. The Daily Telegraph.

She explained: ‘David will be able to take the girls to play cricket, take them to play football on Sundays’ and pick them up from school.

David and Candice married in 2015 and share three young daughters.
