Conor McGregor’s fiancée was forced to intervene to stop the UFC star from dancing with another woman at a Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship after-party in Marbella.

The Irishman is one of the most famous names in the sport after becoming the first to hold belts in two different weight classes and attracting millions of new fans to MMA with his entertaining fighting style and lively post-event interviews.

He last entered the Octagon in July 2021, losing to Dustin Poirier in their trilogy fight at UFC 264 and suffering a broken leg.

Since then, speculation has been rife about who the 36-year-old will fight next and on Saturday in Marbella, McGregor made the shocking revelation that his return would be against Dan Hooker on February 1.

But that’s not the only thing The Notorious did last night, as the UFC icon was seen getting up close and personal with a woman on a crowded dance floor at an after-party, while pulling her hair in front of stunned onlookers.

One of them was his fiancée Dee Devlin, who quickly intervened to prevent McGregor from getting into any more trouble.

The fighter had been pulling the locks of the woman, who was dancing with a UFC-style belt slung over her shoulder, before dancing suggestively next to her while holding a canned drink and her phone.

Once Devlin inserts himself into the space between the frolicking couple, McGregor steps back and laughs before touching his fiancée’s back.

Clearly not out of his appetite to ruffle his hair, the UFC legend tugs at his partner’s locks before saying a few words and flashing a beaming smile.

McGregor’s antics come after he revealed he would face New Zealand’s Hooker in a highly anticipated return fight on February 1 in Saudi Arabia.

The chosen opponent, from New Zealand, is currently fifth in the UFC lightweight rankings, with the champion being Russian Islam Makhachev.

Hooker has won 24 fights and lost 12 in his Octagon career, most recently beating Polish star Mateusz Gamrot in a spectacular victory in August. The victory extended his streak to three fights.

McGregor, 36, originally set a December date for their first showdown, but UFC CEO Dana White soon quashed these rumors and confirmed that the Irishman will not fight until early 2025.

Last month, before Anthony Joshua’s shock defeat at the hands of Daniel Dubois in the boxing ring, McGregor said: “It will be 2025. We’ll see.” My scheduled opponent… is what it is. I accept it and move on.

‘My job is to go to the gym and stay in shape. Whenever and wherever. I will be 100 percent ready. I have to get two fights in 2025. It’s the promised land.

‘Who knows (who the next opponent will be). It doesn’t matter. Whoever it is, let’s see. I like that it’s Chandler. “I wish him the best and I’ll see where he goes.”
