Colorado Republican Rep. Brandi Bradley is shaming her 15-year-old son’s school for teaching kids that the Mona Lisa was a “self-portrait” of “genderfluid” Leonardo Da Vinci.

Bradley took to X to share an audio recording of a conversation he had with his son’s art teacher in which the school defended its position.

She was furious because she did not want her son to be taught about gender fluidity and asked why such a topic had been introduced into the curriculum.

‘My daughter’s (15 year old) HISTORY teacher told her students that Leonardo Da Vinci was gender fluid and that the Mona Lisa was a representation of his feminine side. WHAT?!?

“And tonight is back to school night and she has no idea what kind of mama bear is coming for her,” the post read.

The mother of four is an outspoken critic of teaching children about gender confusion and sexuality in the classroom.

In the voice note, the professor explained that the class had watched a film on Friday in which honors students discussed Da Vinci’s sexual orientation and speculated that he was gay, a belief held deep among art historians.

Nowhere in the history books is it suggested that Da Vinci identified as a woman or was gender “fluid.”

“The main goal (of this lesson) was (to show) the difference between the Middle Ages and the Renaissance,” the professor said.

‘The Renaissance was the self-expression of these artists.

‘They were not limited or restricted by the church and what the church told them to do. They had the opportunity to create what they wanted and express themselves fully.

The teacher added that the topic of gender fluidity came up in class after a student asked about the meaning of the term.

He also said the content was approved by Douglas County and was intended to illustrate the self-expression and freedom of artists during the Renaissance.

Art historians have long speculated about Da Vinci's sexuality, as the Renaissance artist never married and was accused of practicing sodomy with his 17-year-old apprentice.

While the androgynous nature of Leonardo's figures has long been noted, scholars have only speculated, not confirmed, the theory that the Mona Lisa was a self-portrait.

The professor explained that historians originally believed the Mona Lisa was commissioned by the family of Lisa Giocondo, the subject of the painting, but “recent scholars say it was most likely a self-portrait.”

Bradley replied: ‘“I don’t know if I want my 15-year-old to know what gender fluidity is. We have a very biblical worldview and I see a lot of LGBTQ flags[in the classroom]and I wonder how inclusive my conservative Christian son feels in this room.”

The teacher assured Bradley that the classroom should be a safe and welcoming space for all students, regardless of their personal beliefs.

In a follow-up X mailBradley stood firm in his convictions and called out users who disagreed with his views.

“I will not tolerate people in authority, who are supposed to be trusted adults, LYING TO CHILDREN,” her post read. “Gender fluidity does not exist, boys cannot be girls, girls cannot be boys and if you say they can, you are solely responsible for sending CHILDREN down a path of false narratives, fake science and lies.”

The mother of four has been outspoken that children should not be taught about gender identity and sexual orientation as this imposes a liberal agenda on impressionable youngsters.

‘A line has been drawn in the sand. If YOU want to choose that path for your children, go ahead, but what YOU will not do is choose that path for MY children or other people’s children.’

DailyMail.com has contacted Bradley for comment. She did not name the teacher or reveal which school her son attends.
