The WAG, 37, kept warm in a cozy oversized white Dry Robe coat over a black jumper and thick black gym leggings.
The beauty completed her look with black walking boots that were from her stint on I’m A Celebrity last year.
She pulled her brunette locks into a low hairstyle and opted for minimalist jewelry with a pair of small silver hoops.
Smiling at the camera, Coleen appeared in high spirits as she carried a coffee, her phone and a pair of gym shoes in her hand.
Before her outing, she took to her Instagram Stories to reveal that the boots she was wearing for her gym session were from her time in the jungle as she prepared to go out in -7C temperatures.

It comes after Coleen told how Wayne received ‘chants’ about her at football matches while she was on I’m A Celebrity.
WAG took part in the series of last year’s ITV show, finishing as runner-up behind McFlyn’s Danny Jones.
Wayne, 39, was serving as manager of Plymouth Argyle while she was in the jungle, although he has since been sacked.
Coleen reflected on life with Wayne to the audience and said she believes he has been through harder times than her.
Talking about the Stay with football podcast, said, “He’s probably struggled more than I have.” People hate it and it’s hard because it’s there every week.
“He told me that while he was in the jungle he heard chants about me all the time.”
Coleen admitted she was surprised by viewers’ reaction to her time on the show which attracts millions of viewers every night.

Coleen got into her flashy car to go exercise.
She said: ‘The impact of I’m A Celebrity has been huge. I knew it was a great show but I didn’t think people would be so interested in me.
‘I’ve done things in the past, but the amount of people who don’t understand me or my personality… they’ve just taken bits and pieces and haven’t seen me as a person. Being in the public eye, people forget that we are normal people.’
The star admitted she was worried about looking “bored” in the jungle and asked her mother how she had felt when she flew to Australia to meet her on the bridge.
Coleen added that she has kept in touch with her I’m A Celebrity campmates and that their group chat “goes on all the time.”
Coleen and Wayne have been together since they were 16 and are parents to sons Kai, 15, Klay, 11, Kit, eight, and Cass, six.
Coleen said: ‘I’ve always been a tough person. I’m not a princess. I’ve always dealt with things and moved on. We (Wayne and I) have helped each other. We’ve been through everything together.’

It comes after it was reported that Coleen will earn big money if she agrees to bring her iconic TV show back after 16 years off the screen.
ITV is said to be desperate to snap up WAG to present TV shows following her successful stint on I’m A Celebrity.
The broadcaster has offered her a big-money deal, which will apparently include the return series of Coleen’s Real Women.
On the show, which originally aired on ITV2 in 2008, Coleen was tasked with finding naturally beautiful women to be the face of major brands.
A source told The Sun: “ITV really want to sign Coleen up after the jungle and have offered her all sorts of shows, including the return of Coleen’s Real Women, which she loved doing.”
“They really want to get her before another big deal takes her away from ITV.”
Coleen revealed Wayne would get ‘chant’s’ about her at football matches while she was on I’m A Celebrity.

A source told the newspaper: ‘Coleen’s return to public life after the Wagatha Christie trial was carefully orchestrated and has paid off.
‘When she was in the jungle she was being touted as ITV’s next Holly Willoughby and the offers have already started coming in. But there is a deal on the table that has really piqued his team’s interest.
“Given Coleen’s love of the Loose Women show, the team want her secured on their guest list, with a view to finding something more permanent for her.”
