Claire Sweeney is set to make a huge profit on her London home as she “sells the mansion for double the amount she paid”, according to a new report.
The Brookside star, 52, appears to be getting emotional as her romance with Ricky Hatton, 45, intensifies, and the actress is “looking forward” to introducing him to her friends.
Claire’s four-bedroom property, where she lives with her eight-year-old son Jaxon, is said to be decorated in “crinkled velvet and perfectly designed”.
Sun reports that it also includes “permission to develop a roof garden and is well served by public transport.”
She often shared photos on social media showing the luxurious furniture and elegant decor.

Last weekend, Claire and Ricky were spotted enjoying a pub crawl in Greater Manchester.
It is said to be the latest in a series of dates since March this year, which included a trip with friends to Liverpool’s Hot Water Comedy Club.
She now hopes to introduce her new man, Ricky, to her family and friends as the couple’s relationship intensifies.
Friends close to the Coronation Street star say the relationship “came out of nowhere” but she is the happiest she has been in a long time.
The couple met on Dancing on Ice and began dating after Ricky messaged her and invited her to a boxing event.
“Claire and Ricky have become very close,” the friend told MailOnline. “She wasn’t looking for a relationship, but then Ricky came along and it felt good and natural and she’s very happy.
