Chilling last post by Australian tourist, 28, before being stabbed repeatedly in a Bali nightclub by his girlfriend, as police claim to know who started the savage fight.

An Australian FIFO worker who was stabbed repeatedly while on holiday in Bali shared a chilling post on Instagram just before the attack, as it can be revealed how police believe the fight started.

Peter Noel Sidney Nye, 28, and his friend Izaeah Wilson, both from Queensland, claim they were assaulted outside a convenience store in Kuta early Friday morning.

Nye suffered serious injuries to his head, face and arms, and told medical staff he had been stabbed after arriving alone at the hospital around 9am on Friday.

Just hours earlier, she shared a post on Instagram with the caption: “I have never been a victim, I have never been a target.”

The two Australian men suffered deep lacerations to their head, neck, chest and arms in the incident (pictured)

He also shared a photo of himself and Wilson shirtless at the Bali airport with his partners, saying they had missed their flight home.

A Bali police source told Daily Mail Australia that Nye and Wilson had been at the Shi-Shi nightclub in Seminyak, south Bali, with Nye’s girlfriend Scarlett Carruthers.

The source said a man from the Ivory Coast allegedly harassed Carruthers before the three left the nightclub.

Nye and Wilson then dropped Carruthers at his villa before going out to buy beer at a store in the North Kuta district.

There they encountered the same individual who had allegedly harassed Mrs. Carruthers, along with another man.

The fight broke out after one allegedly shouted ‘fuck you’ at the two Australians.

They allegedly hit each other with bare hands and beer bottles, and the two Australians suffered deep lacerations to their heads, necks, chests and arms.

Peter Noel Sidney Nye, 28 (left), shared a chilling post on Instagram just hours before claiming he was repeatedly stabbed outside a supermarket in Bali.

Following the attack, Nye posted a photo of his hospital medical report that said he was admitted on Friday and released on Saturday.

The report said he had been injured around 6 a.m. Friday and told medical staff he was “in a fight and assaulted by strangers.”

“According to the patient, he was stabbed multiple times in the head and arms,” the report states.

Nye’s girlfriend, Carruthers, said he and Wilson were attacked by a group of men outside the supermarket.

On a GoFundMe page set up to raise money for their mounting medical bills, Carruthers claimed they had been trying to “prepare early in the evening for our flight home the next day,” which appears to contradict the police version of events.

Nye (pictured) and her friend Izaeah Wilson, both from Queensland, were attacked outside a convenience store in Kuta early Friday morning.

Nye and Wilson are seen at the Bali airport. They say they missed their flight home just hours before the attack.

“My partner and his friend ended up being stabbed over 20 times in the face, neck, head, eyes, chest, both arms and ear,” Carruthers said.

He said Nye almost lost his sight and now has to undergo cosmetic surgery, while Wilson suffered extensive blood loss.

Nye now faces a $50,000 hospital bill, while Wilson’s medical bills total $15,000.

Carruthers admitted they were “stupid” and “forgot” to purchase travel insurance, and the hospital told them they would not be able to complete the surgery unless they paid in advance.

Since then he has launched a GoFundMe to help cover medical fees, which have raised nearly $5,500 so far.

Mr. Nye is treated at the hospital and has to undergo eye surgery.

Nye arrived at the hospital alone Friday morning and told medical staff he had been stabbed.

The photos show the severity of Mr. Nye’s injuries.

Daily Mail Australia does not suggest any wrongdoing on the part of the men.

The Bali attack is not the first time Nye has been stabbed. He experienced a similar attack in December 2019 that left him with post-traumatic stress disorder.

He also has a long criminal history and pleaded guilty to dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, which was treated as a domestic violence offense following an incident with his girlfriend in March 2020.

Nye was high on cocaine and MDMA when he backed out with his partner in a terrifying encounter in a shopping center car park in Maroochydore.

He was sentenced to 12 months in jail for the incident but was granted immediate parole. He was also disqualified from driving for nine months.

Nye also has drug possession and assault offenses on his record.

A GoFundMe has been set up to raise funds for the two men as they wait to undergo surgery in Bali.
