Chiefs and Chris Jones ‘agree to five-year, $95million deal’ with Kanas City star set to have highest-ever average salary for defensive tackle

The Chiefs and Chris Jones have reportedly agreed to a record contract to keep the two-time All Pro in Kansas City.

According ESPN’s Adam SchefterJones will receive a guaranteed $95 million over five years, the highest annual salary ever for a defensive tackle.

Jones recorded 10.5 sacks and 13 tackles for loss last season.
