The 48-year-old actress kept comfortable in a white T-shirt and a pair of printed blue jeans as she chatted with a friend after they stopped for sushi.
The Academy Award-winning actress, who recently took her children on a trip to Disney World, also wore a pair of sneakers and a clutch, both of which matched her white top.
Theron added darker elements to her look with a leather bag and a pair of sleek black sunglasses.
The South African-born beauty’s blonde hair was partially up, although several strands fell to the sides of her face.

The performer is currently preparing for the premiere of the upcoming action film The Old Guard 2, in which she will star.
The film is based on the comic series of the same name, created by Leandro Fernández and Greg Rucka, the latter writing the film’s script.
The first Old Guard film made its debut on the Netflix streaming service in July 2020.
The feature focused on a group of near-immortal mercenaries who come into conflict with a biotech entrepreneur.
Theron, who is also one of the film’s producers, will reprise her role as Andy, aka Andromache of Scythia, in the upcoming film.
Other stars from the first film, including KiKi Layne, Matthias Schoenaerts and Chiwetel Ejiofor, will return for the sequel.
It was revealed that Netflix had officially greenlit a sequel to The Old Guard in January 2021, and Victoria Mahoney signed on to direct later that year.
Production on the film began in June 2022 and concluded in September.

Schoenaerts recently spoke about the film’s release, stating that personnel changes at Netflix were likely to blame for the film not being released yet.
stated via Collider: ‘As far as I understand, I think there has been a change at Netflix at the top. “I think there is a different CEO, which leads to reconsidering the release, and how and when, and that is not up to me.”
The interpreter added: “I know we are reaching the last stage of post-production, so it will appear at some point.”
As of now, no release date for The Old Guard 2 has been announced.
