Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller alleges she is a “victim of extortion.”
Police sources said TMZ that the actress, 47, claims to be “being blackmailed” by her former drug trafficker, who claims to have videos of her “buying drugs” and in other “compromising” actions.
According to the outlet, the mother of two alleges that her former distributor threatened to make videos of her in public “to ruin her if she didn’t pay him.”
Although Mueller insists he has not given her money, law enforcement insiders said “Brooke had already tried to keep him quiet with gifts and money,” totaling tens of thousands of dollars.
After months of back and forth, Mueller finally made the decision to seek help from authorities.

So far no arrests have been made in the investigation, which is still ongoing.
In September, Mueller revealed that he celebrated nine months of sobriety.
She was previously married to Sheen, who is the father of her 15-year-old twins Bob and Max, from 2008 to 2011.
Mueller was recently involved in the police investigation that led to five arrests last month in connection with the fatal overdose of actor Matthew Perry.
Mueller ‘assisted police investigation’ into Perry’s death last October, TMZ reported on Wednesday, as she was affiliated with both Jasveen Sangha, 41, and Erik Fleming, 54.
Both were arrested in connection with Perry’s death last October, when prosecutors said Sangha, nicknamed ‘The Ketamine Queen,’ sold Perry the drugs that killed him and Fleming had taken them.
The actress born in Ellenville, New York, is the mother of her twin sons Bob and Max Sheen, 15, with the Two and a Half Men alum, 58, to whom she was married from 2008 to 2011.
Mueller was at one point in a Los Angeles-area drug rehab center with Sangha and Friends star Perry, who was 54 years old at the time of his death on October 28, 2023.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that the actress, 47, claims she is “being blackmailed by her ex-drug dealer, who claims to have videos of her buying drugs and other compromising actions” (seen in 2019).
In legal documents reviewed by the APProsecutors said Sangha had been distributing substances such as ketamine from his home in North Hollywood, California, including the drugs that caused Perry’s death.
She has been charged with one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine, one count of maintaining a drug premises, one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, one count of possession with intent to distribute ketamine and five counts of distribution of ketamine. .
Sangha, who faces 10 years to life in prison if convicted, pleaded not guilty in connection with the allegations, but a judge said she should remain in custody.
Mueller and Fleming were “very close” with each other, the outlet reported, and she had also been “extremely close” with Perry for years, meeting Sheen at one of Perry’s parties.
Fleming, 54, who was a friend of Perry, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine and one count of distribution of ketamine resulting in death.
Prosecutors said Fleming would obtain ketamine from Sangha and give it to Perry’s personal assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa.
She was previously married to Charlie Sheen from 2008 to 2011 (seen in 2009).
Fleming, who faces up to 25 years in prison, provided 50 vials of ketamine for Perry’s use, including 25 delivered four days before the actor’s death, prosecutors said.
Mueller’s phone and computer were seized by authorities investigating Perry’s death last March while she was in a rehab facility, TMZ reported.
Authorities were able to obtain a search warrant for Mueller’s property last spring after proving probable cause for a crime in court, the outlet reported.
Mueller has not been arrested in connection with the case, TMZ reported, and a source informed the outlet that she has not testified before a grand jury and was not granted immunity before speaking to authorities.
Mueller “cooperated with authorities and assisted in their investigation,” a source told the outlet, noting that the information she provided led to Fleming’s indictment.
The three other people arrested earlier this month in connection with Perry’s death include Iwamasa, 59, who pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine causing death and faces up to 15 years in prison.

Dr. Mark Chavez, 54, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine. Chavez sold ketamine that he had previously obtained through a fraudulent prescription to Plasencia, who then sold it to Iwamasa.
