Actress and model Elizabeth Hurley has shared her approach to diet, revealing she has “pretty simple” tastes.
The mother of one made the comments in an interview with the Telegraphadmitting that “until very recently I didn’t really know the difference between ultra-processed foods and processed foods.”
However, according to this 58-year-old woman, who “always watched what I eat, forever,” checking food labels as a teenager, she never wanted to consume highly processed foods.
