She underwent life-saving surgery to remove the ovaries last month as she continues her battle with breast cancer.

And just weeks after her surgery, fashion designer Camilla Franks put on a stunning show at Australian Fashion Week.

On Thursday, the ‘Kaftan Queen’ looked stunning in an intricate beading jumpsuit with a plunging neckline with a matching jacket.

The jacket had a mix of gold, blue and turquoise colored beads on the front.

Then she turned and revealed a larger and more elaborate pattern on her back.

Under her jacket, the fashionista wore a beaded jumpsuit with flared hems that also had plenty of beading and spread out as she twirled in the photo.

She completed her look with a pair of gold-trimmed boots, a studded bag and chandelier earrings.

The designer tied her hair up in a bun and opted for makeup for a glowing base, a dramatic cat-eye look with lots of mascara and a nude lip.

On the runway show for Indigenous Fashion Projects, she posed for a photo with fellow Celebrity Apprentice star, David Genat.

Camilla’s appearance on the show comes after the designer broke down in tears as she discussed her battle with cancer during a live interview for fashion week on Wednesday.

The candid interview comes nearly a month after Camilla shared a heartbreaking Instagram post about her surgery and the grief she felt after her ovaries were removed.

On May 6, she uploaded a photo of herself lying in a hospital bed next to Luna’s teddy bear, calling the toy her “comfort in a sea of ​​grief.”

“I cling to it like a life raft, breathing in its scent, feeling its presence and warmth. His little furry body is drenched in a torrent of tears that I can’t stop,” she wrote in the caption.

“I’m lying here heartbroken as I recover from surgery to finally remove my ovaries. The grief and pain are unbearable. I feel like my chest will burst as I mourn the loss of children I can no longer bear.”

Camilla described her battle with breast cancer as “horrific” and confessed that her battle with the insidious disease is ongoing.

“The heartbreaking fear, illness and grueling rounds of immediate treatment are one thing, but it continues,” she continued.

“I have a harmful BRCA2 gene variant and with that diagnosis came a terrible reality. That I not only had to fight the breast cancer I had, I also had to prevent the future cancers that I was so much more likely to get — more breast cancer, ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, and others.”

She added: “I had to fight to save my life. A life so much more precious now that I have a little girl who loves me and needs me.’

Camilla was first diagnosed with stage three breast cancer just months after welcoming her daughter in January 2018.

The entrepreneur has one child: daughter Luna, three, who she shares with fiancé JP Jones.
