Brooklyn’s clip comes after she showed off another impressive cooking tutorial last month.
He prepared a delicious lobster foldie with American chef Evan Funke.
The aspiring chef began by rolling out the dough for the foldie, drizzling it with olive oil, folding it in half and placing it in the oven.
Next, he made a tempura batter for the lobster and fried each piece to perfection.
To accompany the dish, he prepared a salad of fennel, carrots, cucumber and celery cut into julienne strips.
Brooklyn then dipped the fried lobster into a sauce using their own Cloud23 Hot Habanero Sauce.
He prepared the dish by tossing the fried lobster back into the spicy sauce and topping it with the salad inside the foldie.
He then plated his creation and added a final touch of sauce before beginning to eat.

Brooklyn captioned the clip: ‘Evan Funke’s lobster foldie.’
‘We bring the culinary magic of Funke directly to your kitchen. Succulent lobster, perfectly poached and wrapped in a crispy, golden tempura shell, takes center stage.
‘Drizzled with the fiery touch of Cloud23’s spicy habanero sauce and wrapped in a freshly baked foldie, it’s topped with a vibrant slaw for the perfect crunch. And if you’re not a lobster lover, substitute chicken or whatever protein calls your name! ENJOY.
