Britney Spears’ criminal ‘ex-boyfriend’ is a ‘deadbeat dad’ who doesn’t pay child support for any of her nine children, the mother of five of them alleged in an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com.
Paul Soliz Jr., 37, was photographed with a disheveled Britney in her underwear at the luxury Chateau Marmont hotel in Los Angeles on Wednesday night, surrounded by security and paramedics after she had an alleged screaming fit.
Soliz was first linked to the Hit Me Baby singer as a cleaner and handyman for her staff, but reportedly later became her lover.
DailyMail.com can now reveal that Soliz is already the father of at least nine children and is being pursued by his mother and the Los Angeles Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) for child support.
Nicole Mancilla, 36, told DailyMail.com that Soliz cheated on her with Britney, hasn’t paid the bills for his five children with her or his other children with other women, but still tries to visit her at her mother’s house. in Sylmar, California.
Paul Soliz Jr., 37, was photographed with a disheveled, underwear-clad Britney Spears at the luxurious Chateau Marmont hotel in Los Angeles on Wednesday night.
The mother of his five children, Nicole Mancilla (pictured), called Soliz a “lazy dad” in an interview with DailyMail.com after the incident at the hotel.
‘Just let them know that my husband fell on Britney Spears’ p****. He was married and now he denies his children,’ Mancilla stated. “He neglects her children for her sake.”
DailyMail.com was unable to locate court records confirming that Soliz and Mancilla were married.
“He’s the Nick Cannon of EBT,” Mancilla added, referring to the Electronic Benefit Transfer food stamps and the TV host who has 12 children with multiple women.
Mancilla said Soliz lives with Spears, but maintains his official residence in a bungalow a few blocks from her home.
‘He’s on parole, so if he officially lives at home, they have access to search his home. That’s why it still has an address here,” she stated.
Mancilla and her five children live with her mother, surgical assistant Sandra Smith, 60, in their three-bedroom home in Sylmar.
He has ten children. “He doesn’t support any of them,” Smith told DailyMail.com. “They have a one-year-old boy together and he doesn’t pay attention to him either.”
“He’s a lazy father,” he added. “It’s difficult for me, because he doesn’t support any children. And they are in my house.
‘Nicole is devastated by everything. This has been going on for five years. And he doesn’t leave her alone, she keeps coming back.
“I wouldn’t let him see the children if it were me. He does it because he wants them to have a father. But I wouldn’t like a father like that.
Mancilla, who lives in a three-bedroom house in Sylmar, claimed Soliz cheated on her with Britney Spears and is now “neglecting” her children for the pop star.
Mancilla’s mother, surgical assistant Sandra Smith (pictured), 60, told DailyMail.com that Soliz is the father of at least nine children, none of whom he supports financially, she claims.
Court records obtained by DailyMail.com show a civil case against Soliz filed by DCSS on March 22, with a demand that Soliz pay $1,167 per month in child support plus 50% of health care costs for Trystan Alexzander Soliz, of 9 years; Dylan Andrew Soliz, 8, and baby Violet Pearl Soliz, 21 months.
The complaint says that the children have received public benefits since January 2020.
It lists Soliz’s income as $2,774 per month and Mancilla’s as zero.
In September 2021, a Los Angeles judge determined that Soliz was the father of Trystan and Dylan, as well as César Martínez-Mancilla, 17, and Nicholas Soliz, 6.
The courts have not officially determined Baby Violet’s paternity.
Los Angeles County also filed a complaint against Soliz in 2019 for $615 a month in child support he allegedly owed to Alexandra Gonzalez for her twins, 5-year-old Anevy and Avery Soliz.
A January 2022 ruling confirmed that he was the father, but said his support obligation was “zero.”
Spears sparked concerns about a mental health crisis after being photographed barefoot and topless outside the Chateau Marmont in the early hours of Thursday, May 2, following an alleged fight with Soliz.
The singer, 42, had abrasions on her knees and looked disheveled as she emerged flanked by her security and her criminal “boyfriend.”
It has been claimed that Britney and Paul got into a fight before a woman matching Britney’s description was “harassing and threatening hotel employees and guests.”
Shortly after the Thursday morning incident, Britney surprisingly shared a video of herself dancing in a sparkly bodysuit and high-heeled boots at her Thousand Oaks home.
While Britney insisted in February that she was single, she has been linked to Paul in recent months following her split from husband Sam Asghari.
Soliz and Britney have known each other since he was hired to complete the cleaning and maintenance tasks at her house about a year ago, according to the American weekly.
Speaking to the publication, he revealed that he fixed details in the house, including fixing doorknobs and unclogging toilets.
Insiders told Page Six that Paul was fired from his job working for Britney, but she “still chose to spend time with him” and isn’t trying to hide their newfound friendship.
In August, Britney was spotted driving a white Mercedes-Benz with a mystery man believed to be Paul in her passenger seat in Calabasas, California.
That same month, her husband Sam is said to have filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences,” leading Britney to indulge in a flirtation with her former housekeeper.
Britney Spears will not have to pay spousal support to her third husband, Sam Asghari, under the terms of their divorce settlement, it has been confirmed.
A source told DailyMail.com in September that the pair were not officially dating, clarifying: “They had a brief fling after Sam left, but that was it.”
‘Britney hooked up with him twice and, at that time, [she] I didn’t know about his criminal past. She no longer has any communication with him.’
Soliz was convicted of disorderly conduct in April 2014. His plea agreement resulted in a child endangerment charge against him being dismissed.
He was convicted of driving without a license in 2016, Us Weekly reported, citing court documents. That year he had a charge of driving with a suspended license dismissed after a plea deal, according to Page Six.
In December 2020, Soliz was convicted of felony firearm possession, during the time he worked for Spears.
Then in September 2023 he was seen in the San Fernando Superior Court after allegedly violating his probation.
Despite his past, Paul insisted he’s not a “bad guy” in an interview with Backgrid last September.
He confessed that he has ‘a handful of children’ and that one of the mothers has died.
‘I have custody of my children, I’m not a bad guy. I own my own business. I make licensed contractor technical tiles,’ he said.
