Boost Juice founder Janine Allis set to move next door to the Hemsworths after purchasing a lavish $17m Byron Bay mansion

Janine Allis reportedly spent $17 million on a mansion next door to Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky’s Byron Bay mansion.

The Boost Juice founder, who is also a director of Michael Hill Jeweller, is said to be the new owner of a 948m² block in Wategos Bay in northern New South Wales.

The property, which was marketed as “meticulously designed”, has five bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The four-story hillside mansion offers enviable views of the iconic Byron Cape Lighthouse from several rooms.

The house features dark wood siding, huge windows, and greenery surrounding the site.

Janine’s new residence also features a gourmet kitchen and barbecue area, a luxurious master retreat featuring a private balcony, a spacious walk-in closet and a sumptuous bathroom with panoramic views.

According to PropTrack, the median house price in Byron Bay is $2.355 million, down 21.5 per cent over the past year.

Janine is the latest in a long line of celebrities who have moved to Byron Bay, including the Hemsworths, Matt Damon and Zac Efron.

Raised in Knoxfield, an outer suburb of Melbourne, Allis left school at 16 and her first part-time jobs included picking strawberries and working at the Target checkout.

She became a media assistant for the advertising agency McCann-Erickson and worked as a gym instructor, doorman and model.

Her stints abroad included being a camp counselor in San Francisco, a nanny in France and two years sailing the Mediterranean as a stewardess on the late rock star David Bowie’s yacht.

Boost Juice started when Janine was on maternity leave after giving birth to her third son.
