The Spice Girl celebrated her milestone birthday over the weekend and her best friend Eva, 49, looked teary-eyed but in good spirits as she left the star-studded bash.
The former Desperate Housewives star was sitting in the back seat of a luxury vehicle as she headed home in the early hours and appeared to be wiping away tears of laughter.
At one point, Eva could be seen covering her face amidst the fit of laughter, but her wide-eyed smile remained throughout.
The Flamin’ Hot director had opted for an elegant black dress with a plunging neckline for the event and kept her soft dark locks down.
