And it seems that the bride, 30, also left the rest of the cast confused, with many convinced that she was a ‘mole’ planted by production to change things.
One cast member told Daily Mail Australia that “alarm bells went off” when she told everyone she was a psychic medium rather than an actress despite appearing in Home and Away.
Another wedding guest said things “seemed off” because Maddy automatically repeated things when she made a mistake without being asked by producers and “brought out” her personality when the cameras were rolling.

Maddy is best known for playing Amber Simmons on the long-running Channel Seven soap opera.
She also appeared in 22 episodes of Foxtel’s Wentworth, playing nurse Lee Radcliffe.
Her other roles include playing Brianna Wheeler on Upper Middle Bogan and a brief stint on Offspring.

Madeleine said she would love to one day return to a role that was completely different to something she had done before, but for now she is happy with where she is.
The bride married Ash in front of the nation during Monday night’s episode, and the couple seemed to get along well.
Madeleine even pulled out an ‘L bomb’ at the end of the hallway.
