A hungry oceanic blacktip shark opened its mouth wide and swallowed almost one of the predators entirely in South African waters.

An extraordinary photo captures the moment the shark engulfs the other animal in its mouth, as if trying to eat it at once.

Shark guide Mia Vorster, who captured the remarkable moment, said the shark was trying to swallow a sardine and not harm his fellow submarine.
