A comedian claims he was kicked out of a Walmart store after confronting a woman he believed was a secret shopper.
The prankster, who goes by Poohh Hefner Jr. (@hefceno88) on Instagram, he filmed himself walking through a Walmart and following a shopper.
Approaching her from behind, Hefner scared the woman by shouting, ‘What’s your ass doing following people around here?’
He then proceeded to laugh as the frightened woman walked away in shock.
According to the comedian, his actions were enough to get him kicked out of the store.
Your original Instagram video of the incident, posted on October 8, has received more than 2,400 views and more than 2 million likes.
Although Hefner claimed the woman was a secret shopper, Walmart claims the company does not work with them.
“Mystery shopping, sometimes called secret shopping, is where a person is hired to ‘act’ as a customer and evaluate a company’s services,” Walmart says in its website.

“Walmart does NOT use these services or hire associates to perform services on behalf of other retailers or companies.”
Some viewers claimed that the woman was actually a ‘floor walker’.
Floorwalkers are employees dressed in regular clothing whose job is to monitor shoppers and keep an eye out for suspicious behavior or theft.
“I don’t know how to explain it, but she looks like a Walmart worker,” one commenter wrote in a follow-up post to the encounter shared by the comedian on November 20.
“They are always the MOST obvious person in the building,” another added.
‘As if, you’re just staring at me from the end of the hall without looking for anything yourself?’ Oh, sure.’
Walmart warned that scammers may try to recruit so-called secret shoppers and send fraudulent information by mail, text message or email.
“Many times these job offers are accompanied by a fake check written for a large amount of money or offer immediate employment with a good salary and minimal effort required,” reads their website.

Walmart has a “no secret shopper” policy and explained that anyone who claims to be one could be a scammer.
The company insisted that people can protect themselves from these so-called secret shoppers by not opening or responding to emails from anyone who claims to be one.
Walmart also advises those contacted not to deposit checks given to them by a “mystery shopping” company and not to click on anything that advertises free gift cards.
“Remember, if it seems too good to believe, it is!” their website says.
