AFL great Billy Brownless and his new partner Lizzie appear to be closer than ever – with the footy legend making a grand gesture for her at her new car wash.
Brownless and his Lizzie first stepped out together at the Australian Open in January, but the football legend, 57, insisted the Melbourne mother-of-four was just a “friend” at the time.
Now, a well-placed source has revealed that Billy appears to have paid tribute to the stunning brunette with a cartoon image on a sign at his new car wash business in Geelong.
The image shows a woman, who bears a striking resemblance to Lizzie, wearing her signature headband, a white top and tiny denim shorts and covered in foam.
“(He) is paying tribute to her with a cartoon of her likeness on his new car wash,” the source said.
The source went on to describe The Amazing Race contestant’s sexy image of his friend as a “great gesture” towards her.
This comes months after Billy and Lizzie appeared friendly as they sipped champagne together at the Piper-Heidsieck Australian Open event at Melbourne Park in January.

Billy appears to have paid homage to the glamorous mother of four with a cartoon image of her at his new car wash.
Billy snuggled up close to Lizzie for the photos, smiling as he wrapped his arm around her waist. The football star told the Media of the time: “She is a friend who loves tennis.”
Meanwhile, Lizzie explained that she and Billy were friends several years ago and “recently rekindled a friendship.”
The sighting came after the former footballer reportedly split from his girlfriend Justine. The couple had been together for over a year before splitting up.
Meanwhile, Billy’s ex-wife Nicky Brownless got engaged to AFL star Garry Lyon last year.
The news comes seven years after their relationship began in scandalous circumstances, when Lyon, 56, went public with their romance, taking Brownless by surprise.
Garry, 56, shocked his best friend by starting a relationship with his wife of 18 years, 54, just 12 months after they split.
Garry and Nicky have put that stressful chapter behind them and Nicky has previously spoken about their truly happy relationship.
“We had planned to go and we did (we had a lot to celebrate). We are very happy,” she told the Herald Sun of her trip to New York after Gary proposed.
After years of intense scrutiny, Gary got down on one knee and proposed to Nicky during a recent trip to the Mornington Peninsula, gifting her a giant diamond ring.
