A popular Australian brewing company has gone bankrupt.

Big Shed Brewing, an independent craft brewery based in Adelaide’s Royal Park, went into administration on Tuesday.

The company that produces craft beers, ciders, spirits and hard drinks will continue to operate while a solution is worked out with creditors.

Insolvency and restructuring firm Heard Phillips Lieberenz has been appointed administrator and its director, Mark Lieberenz, promises to do everything possible to keep the brewery trading.

“We are open for business and look forward to continuing to brew the full range of Big Shed beers…” it said in a statement.
