Beyoncé is finally expected to appear with Vice President Kamala Harris at a rally in Houston on Friday night.

DailyMail.com confirmed that Queen Bey would appear alongside the Democratic candidate, after months of speculation about when the singer would appear on the campaign trail.

Beyonce was rumored to be the special guest on the final night of the Democratic National Convention in Chicago in August.

But the convention concluded with Harris’ speech and the traditional balloon drop, without any additional pop star surprises beyond Pink’s performance, disappointing Democrats.

Beyonce will appear alongside her mother Tina Knowles and Willie Nelson at Friday’s event. The Washington Post first reported.

Tina Knowles endorsed Harris in July.

Beyoncé also voiced her support for Harris almost immediately, allowing the vice president to use Freedom in her campaign ads and at rallies.

He also threatened to send a cease and desist to the Trump campaign after the same song was used on Trump’s social media.

And DailyMail.com reported in August that Beyonce was planning to attend a fundraiser for the Democratic candidate.

Harris’ event on Friday is being billed as focused on abortion rights, as the campaign called Texas “ground zero for Trump’s extreme abortion bans.”

The Democratic candidate will also appear alongside Rep. Colin Allred, who is very close to Republican Sen. Ted Cruz in the U.S. Senate polls in Texas.

Houston is Beyoncé’s hometown.

The star did not appear on the 2020 campaign trail with President Joe Biden, but did appear in support of Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton in 2016 alongside her husband Jay-Z at a rally in Cleveland just days before the 2016 election.

Clinton lost that race to former President Donald Trump.

Harris’ campaign is introducing several celebrity endorsers in the home stretch.

Eminem appeared with former President Barack Obama at a rally in Detroit on Tuesday.

Bruce Springsteen will make several appearances, including one on Monday in Philadelphia, in support of the Democratic candidate.

On Saturday, Lizzo appeared with Harris in Detroit, while Usher was with her in Atlanta.

Beyond Beyonce, there are questions about whether Taylor Swift could give Harris a boost in recent days.

Four years ago, Lady Gaga performed on the eve of Election Day alongside Biden outside the Pittsburgh Steelers stadium, helping him generate enthusiasm in the swing state of Pennsylvania.
