Beef star Ali Wong has officially finalized her divorce from Justin Hakuta, two years after announcing their split.
The 42-year-old comedian, who is in a relationship with SNL alum Bill Hader, 45, filed for divorce in December 2023.
According to documents obtained by Eastern TimeThe former couple reached a settlement last week in which Wong represented herself.
Wong and Hakuta, 41, married in 2014 and are parents to two daughters: Mari, eight, and Nikki, six.
They will be “legally single” starting July 17. Details about custody and any division of assets were withheld “for privacy reasons.”

The latest development in the couple’s divorce came in February, when Hakuta filed for joint custody of their daughters.
Ali had made the same request when he officially filed to end his marriage two months earlier.
Regarding child support, the PEOPLE He claimed that Hakuta did not make a direct request, but it was noted that he and Wong were settling their divorce in mediation.
In her Dec. 22 divorce filing, Wong, who is dating SNL alum Bill Hader, cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. TMZ previously reported.
Their separation date was listed as April 10, 2022, days before they publicly announced their separation.
These documents also revealed that Ali and Justin are in mediation to establish spousal support and classify their assets.
It was reported that the two want to resolve their issues themselves.

Ali noted that the couple had a prenuptial agreement and wants the court to enforce it.
The couple met at a friend’s wedding reception in 2010 and married in San Francisco in 2014.
In her 2016 Baby Cobra special on Netflix, Ali explained that when she found out Justin was a Harvard student and Fulbright scholar, he became hard to get.
“I thought, ‘Oh my God, I’m going to catch his ass.’ “I’m going to catch his ass!” And at first I caught his ass by not kissing him until the fifth date, which is a very unusual move on my part. But I did it on purpose, because I knew it was a catch,” he told a live audience.
In her book, Dear Girls: Intimate Tales Untold Secrets and Advice for Living Your Best Life, Ali credited the prenuptial agreement she signed before walking down the aisle as one of the secrets to her success.
“My father always praised ‘the gift of fear,'” he explained. ‘And that prenup scared the hell out of me.
“In the end, being forced to sign that prenuptial agreement was one of the best things that ever happened to me and my career.”

Shortly after their split, Ali began dating actor Bill Hader for several months. She had recently ended her relationship with Anna Kendrick.
Wong and Hader reportedly broke up shortly after, but rekindled their romance in April 2023 when they were spotted kissing while walking in Los Angeles.
Two days before the sighting, a rep for Bill confirmed to Page Six that he and Ali were back together.
Since then, they’ve continued to pack the PDA in public. They were seen holding hands in Los Angeles on May 16.
