Mindful of her astute experience, presenter DErmot O’Leary asked Barbara: ‘Cornwall, what a great place. I mean, Barbara, you do some Cornish crafts, don’t you? Some jewelry?

Alison Hammond then asked: “But are all the jewels in the exhibition yours?”
‘Well, yeah, that started as a hobby and then turned into a business. And the first designer was very sweet and said, “Come on, Barbara, let’s use it.” And yes, I have been very happy to do it.”
Speaking previously about the origin of her passion for jewellery, she said The Sunday Express in 2013: ‘My father was a pathologist, who in his retirement did some silver workshops at West Dean College.
“He made me various things, like a flat pendant with my initials, but it wasn’t until 2000 that I really got interested in making jewelry.”
The star also shared more details about her character’s search for love after viewers saw her go on a date with Richard last week.
Speaking about Anne trying to find love, she added: “She starts dating, which is a completely foreign world to her, and she’s completely lost.
‘And if it weren’t for a lot of help with the pushing, the hitting and everything you have to do with Melina. Melina is a beautiful girl who plays Zoe, she comes in and teaches Anne the language.
‘And there’s someone in the farm shop who’s very keen so she’s tutoring her too. She then receives a lot of information and makes two connections. And she finally goes on a second date with Richard.
She told hosts Alison and Dermot: “Well yeah, that started as a hobby and then turned into a business.” And the first designer was very sweet and said, “Come on, Barbara, let’s use it.” And yes, I have been very happy to do it’

It comes after Kris Marshall appeared to rule out any crossover with Death In Paradise ahead of a new season of Beyond Paradise.
The first season finale of Beyond Paradise featured some elements of a crossover between the two BBC dramas, as Detective Inspector Humphrey Goodman, played by Kris, returned to the island of Saint Marie and even reunited with his old friend Harry. the alligator.
However, there are no signs of further interconnection between the two series in the future, after Kris seemingly ruled out any chance of this happening in season two.
Death in Paradise bosses Tony Jordan and Tim Key said in February 2023 that the difference between the two shows is that Humphrey has to solve a non-murder mystery in the first episode of the spin-off.
Additionally, Beyond Paradise is set in the Devonshire town of Shipton Abbott, while the former takes place on the fictional Caribbean island of Saint Marie.
