Parents are being warned that some Coles Easter toys pose a choking hazard to their little ones, and an urgent recall is now in place.
Coles has recalled its Squeezer Pals Easter Bunnies and Easter Light Up Chicken and Bunny Toys due to “faulty stitching” which could allow young children to access the polyester filling, posing a choking hazard.
The products were sold between February 26 and March 20 in Coles supermarkets, Coles Local stores nationally and through Coles Online, the company announced on Thursday.

Squeezer Pals toys have also been recalled
Squeezer Pals come in three colors: blue, gray and purple.
“Customers should ensure toys are kept out of reach of children,” the company said.
“Customers are asked to return the product to any Coles supermarket or Coles Local store for a full refund.
“Coles Online customers can receive a full refund or credit by contacting Coles Online customer service.
