Bachelors winner Ellie Rolfe said she was sexually assaulted by a man on a bicycle during her morning walk on Tuesday.
The beauty therapist, 30, who recently split from her TV boyfriend Luke Bateman, posted a long message on Instagram detailing the “scary” encounter with a stranger.
She posted a ‘rant’ on her Stories, explaining how a man allegedly followed her on his bike before approaching and grabbing her butt without her consent.
“I was on my morning walk and this guy, probably my age, cycled past me and said hello, to which I responded politely,” he began.
“Then he followed me around the block twice, turned around and rode behind me and totally touched my butt.”

She continued: ‘I dropped the phone out of my hand because I was so scared and I looked up and he just rode away on his bike.
‘How is that right in your head! Big advocate for mental health and you never know what someone is going through but this is totally disrespectful and scary!
I’m not even safe on a damn morning walk in broad daylight! It is never okay to touch anyone inappropriately without their consent. Shocked!’
The beauty therapist, who recently split from her TV boyfriend Luke Bateman, took to Instagram with a lengthy message detailing the “scary” event.
Ellie added that she didn’t like using her platform to “talk about my political views or my virtue signaling,” but that the assault “really pissed her off” and she had to share it.

The incident comes after her ex-boyfriend Luke, 28, confirmed the couple split after finding love on last year’s version of The Bachelors.
Luke declared his love for Ellie during filming and they remained the only couple still together after the final episode.
She posted a ‘rant’ on her Stories, explaining that a man allegedly followed her on his bike before approaching and grabbing her butt without consent.
In a statement issued to Yahoo Lifestyle Last month, Luke confirmed the split, saying: “Ellie and I have separated and would like to keep our relationship private.”
“Ellie has a soul that lights up every room she enters and I will miss her dearly in my life.”
Rumors of the couple’s split surfaced weeks earlier when eagle-eyed fans noticed that Luke had removed almost all traces of Ellie from his Instagram page.
Meanwhile, Ellie posted a gallery of photos on Instagram that captured her attending Melbourne Fashion Week at the time, with Luke nowhere to be seen.
