As She Was: Avril has always sported very long hair, which was thought to be extensions, as well as colorful dyed sections
A statement about the festival website read: ‘When We Were Young Festival organizers have proactively prepared the festival site for a windy Saturday in recent days.’
“The National Weather Service has now upgraded their Saturday forecast to a high wind warning, including dangerous sustained winds of 30-40 mph with potential gusts of 60 mph.”
“On the advice of the National Weather Service and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, we have no choice but to cancel today’s When We Were Young Festival.”
